材料结构分析的电子衍射与成像理论及方法基础系列讲座
材料结构分析的电子衍射与成像理论及方法基础系列讲座将系统介绍电子衍射与电子显微成像的基本理论与分析方法,包括电子散射与电子衍射的基本理论、非晶材料结构分析、纳米分子材料结构分析、晶体衍射的运动学与动力学理论与表象、电子衍射与成像的数字计算与模拟、电子显微像定量分析等专题。本讲座主要针对有意深入学习衍射物理及电子显微技术用于材料结构分析的研究生及其他有兴趣的科研人员,采取黑板与PPT相结合的研讨模式,计划分12次进行,每次90分钟。讲座提纲如下:
